Andrew McAfee is a principal research scientist at MIT, the Co-Director of MIT’s Initiative on the Digital Economy, and a self-described wannabe innovator. His research investigates how information technology changes the way companies perform, compete, and organise themselves. At a broader level, his work also addresses how computerisation affects society, competition, the workforce, and the economy.
