Rachel Botsman is a leading authority on how 'collaborative consumption' is reshaping our world. She defined the concept in her 2010 book What’s Mine is Yours: How Collaborative Consumption is Changing the Way We Live; and it has subsequently been heralded by Time magazine as one of the ‘10 Ideas that Will Change the World'.

In 2015, she designed the world’s first M.B.A. course on the collaborative economy, which she teaches at Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business. Her exploration of the the collaborative economy has increasingly focused on the topic of trust.
